The Samsung Galaxy A72 is a well-rounded smartphone that offers a host of features and became available on 26th March 2021. With its Super AMOLED display, smooth 90Hz refresh rate, and 800 nits peak brightness (HBM), it delivers vibrant visuals and an immersive viewing experience.
Running on Android 11, with an upgrade option to Android 12 and Samsung's One UI 4.1, the Galaxy A72 provides a user-friendly and modern interface. Powered by the Qualcomm SM7125 Snapdragon 720G chipset, which includes an octa-core CPU with two Kryo 465 Gold cores clocked at 2.3 GHz and six Kryo 465 Silver cores clocked at 1.8 GHz, the phone offers efficient performance and smooth multitasking. It also comes with an Adreno 618 GPU for enhanced graphics rendering.
The Galaxy A72 offers various configurations for RAM and storage: 128GB of storage with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage with 8GB of RAM, or 256GB of storage with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM. Furthermore, it has a microSDXC card slot that can be used to expand the storage, which shares the SIM slot.
For photography enthusiasts, the Galaxy A72 features a versatile quad-camera setup on the back.
