The Samsung Galaxy F12 is a smartphone that offers a range of features and became available on 12th April 2021. It features a large 6.5-inch PLS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, providing smoother animations and interactions.
Running on Android 11 with the One UI, the Galaxy F12 is powered by the Exynos 850 chipset, which includes an octa-core CPU with Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz and a Mali-G52 GPU, delivering reliable performance for day-to-day tasks.
The phone comes in two configurations: 64GB of storage with 4GB of RAM or 128GB of storage with 4GB of RAM. Additionally, it includes a microSDXC card slot with a dedicated slot, allowing for expandable storage without sacrificing a SIM card slot.
For photography, the Galaxy F12 features a quad-camera setup on the back. It includes a 48 MP wide lens with an f/2.0 aperture and PDAF for fast focusing, a 5 MP ultrawide lens, and two 2 MP lenses for macro shots and depth sensing. The rear cameras support 1080p@30fps video recording and come with LED flash, panorama, and HDR capabilities. On the front, there's an 8 MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture and support for 1080p@30fps video recording.
The Galaxy F12 is equipped with a large non-removable 6000 mAh Li-Po battery, which ensures extended usage times on a single charge. It also supports 15W wired fast charging, allowing for a quicker recharge when needed.
