Under the hood, the iQOO 11S is powered by the Qualcomm SM8550-AB Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, built on a 4nm process. The processor features an octa-core CPU with a configuration of one Cortex-X3 core clocked at 3.2 GHz, two Cortex-A715 cores clocked at 2.8 GHz, two Cortex-A710 cores clocked at 2.8 GHz, and three Cortex-A510 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. The phone's graphics processing is handled by the Adreno 740 GPU, ensuring smooth gaming and graphics-intensive tasks.
The device is available in multiple RAM and storage configurations: 256GB of storage with 12GB RAM, 256GB of storage with 16GB RAM, 512GB of storage with 16GB RAM, and an impressive 1TB of storage with 16GB RAM. However, there is no microSD card slot for expandable storage.
The iQOO 11S boasts a triple camera setup on the rear, which includes a 50 MP wide lens with PDAF and OIS for sharp and stabilized photos, a 13 MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and an 8 MP ultrawide lens for capturing a wider perspective. The rear camera setup supports features like dual-LED flash, HDR, and panorama. It is also capable of recording videos in 8K resolution at 30fps and 4K resolution at 30/60fps, with gyro-EIS for smooth video stabilization. On the front, there is a 16 MP selfie camera that can record videos in 1080p resolution at 30fps with gyro-EIS.
The iQOO 11S is equipped with a 4700 mAh non-removable Li-Po battery, providing sufficient power for extended usage. It supports blazing-fast 200W wired charging with PD3.0 and UFCS technology, enabling the device to reach a significant charge level in a short amount of time.
