The Honor Pad 8, released on July 29, 2022, is a feature-rich tablet offering a sizable 12.0-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1200 x 2000 pixels. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G chipset, the tablet boasts an Octa-core CPU configuration, consisting of four high-performance Kryo 265 Gold cores and four power-efficient Kryo 265 Silver cores, complemented by the Adreno 610 GPU.
Running on Android 12 with Honor's Magic UI 6.1, the Pad 8 provides a user-friendly interface. It supports dual SIM functionality for enhanced connectivity.
In terms of memory and storage, users can choose from configurations offering 128GB of internal storage paired with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM. Unfortunately, there is no provision for expanding storage via a card slot.
The tablet's primary camera features a single 5 MP lens with an f/2.2 aperture, supporting autofocus and equipped with an LED flash for improved low-light photography. The front-facing camera, also 5 MP, is suitable for video calls and selfies, recording at 1080p@30fps.
One of the standout features of the Honor Pad 8 is its substantial 7250 mAh Li-Po battery, ensuring prolonged usage between charges. The device supports 22.5W wired fast charging for efficient power replenishment.
