Vivo is widely known for its budget-friendly smartphones that offer great features and specifications at an affordable price point. The latest addition to the Y-series lineup, the Vivo Y21G, was released on April 07, 2022, and has been well received by users. With the Y21G being a hit among consumers, rumors have begun to surface about the upcoming Vivo Y22G.
The Vivo Y22G is expected to be a slightly upgraded version of the Y21G, with some improvements in terms of specifications and features. According to rumors, the device is expected to come with a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 1200 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 octa-core processor and will come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The storage can also be expanded with a microSD card.
The Vivo Y22G is rumored to come with a triple-camera setup on the back which includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front, it is expected to have a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
The device is expected to be fueled by a 5000mAh battery and come with support for 33W fast charging. It will also come with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for added security. The device is expected to come in two color options: Diamond Glow, and Midnight Blue.
As for the release date, there is no official confirmation from Vivo yet. However, it is expected to be launched in the first half of 2022. The pricing is also not known yet, but it is expected to be similar to the Vivo Y21G, which was priced at around 189$.
In conclusion, the Vivo Y22G is expected to be a great option for users looking for a budget-friendly smartphone with improved specifications and features. However, as with all rumors, it's best to take them with a grain of salt until official confirmation from Vivo.
